Where is Cashcary.shop located?
Cashcary.shop is an online-only store based in Melbourne. While we don’t have a physical store (yet!), you can browse and shop from us online!

Why should I subscribe to monthly deliveries?
Our Cashcary bundle is available for monthly subscriptions, and it’s a great way to plan ahead! Every month, you’ll receive a fresh bundle delivered to your door at the start of the month. Subscribing also means you get 6 Cashcary boxes for the price of 5 and save on delivery costs!
When will my Cashcary subscription be delivered?
All subscription orders are sent out on the first day of the month. The specific arrival time depends on the delivery progress of the courier company.

How do you deliver in an eco-friendly way?
We’ve carefully designed our delivery process to minimize our carbon footprint. Through a partnership with a local fulfillment and delivery center, we help reduce the number of vehicles on the road by consolidating deliveries with other small businesses. This means fewer cars, shorter distances, and lower emissions.
Our subscription deliveries are also planned to ensure that all orders are dispatched together at the start of the month, reducing overall transportation distances.
How can I check the status of my order?

What happens if I'm not home when my order arrives?
If you won’t be home when your delivery arrives, you can leave a note at checkout with your preferred delivery time. Please note that additional charges may apply if a re-delivery is required.
Can I pick up my order in person?
Absolutely! If you'd prefer to pick up your order, just get in touch with us and we’ll arrange it. You’ll also enjoy reduced checkout charges for in-person pickups.
Can I change my order after it's been placed?
Yes, we can accommodate changes as long as your order hasn’t been dispatched yet. If you need to make any adjustments, please email us at Support@Cashcary.shop with “CHANGE” in the subject line, along with your order number.
What should I do if there’s an issue with my order?
